accept listings if an asking price is not justified by the facts as indicated
by its proven economic model. FULL INFORMATION – Qualified buyers receive
all information necessary to make a decision including visits to the business
and interviews with the seller. CONTINGENT OFFERS – We encourage deposits
and formal offers to lock in mutually agreeable prices and terms but provide
for contingencies that, if not resolved, allow renegotiation or return of
deposit. NEGOTIATING SKILLS – With many years
